It was very interesting reading about Woodhouse Close school and the teachers there as some of them came over to Vinovium when we 'joined' I wonder if anyone has any memories of other teachers at Vinovium such as Mr Liddle the music teacher, i was in the school brass band there and have continued to play the trombone all my life, thanks to him.....what about Miss Knox the cookery teacher who i saw a few years ago in town when she confessed she wasnt really a cookery teacher but was trained to teach needlework!.....Mr Tommy Hodgson who sadly died when we at school but his wife carried on teaching English.....any other memories out there?

Don't forget Mr Green, a time to remember and in some ways to forget.
I can remember Miss Cracknell caught her in a compromising situation in the store cupboard with the other art teacher when I was art monitor.
Who was the female teacher huge chest used to wear outragious crochured dresses, can remember Tony and me used to go to walk her dog, well I walked the dog tony used to have other duties upstairs.
I remember she had us reading the Exorsist in English.
Stephen Bradford put his arm through the glass on a hall door and the blood was spurting everywhere, the Polish school nurse said what is the matter. Brady was always in trouble.
A lot of memories.
